factory low price Polyacrylamide Molecular Weight - Azodiisobutylamidine hydrochloride – IDE Detail:

Initiator, soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, insoluble in toluene, light and thermal decomposition.

The product is a water-soluble azo initiator, mainly used as polymerization initiator of polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, polyvinylamine and other high molecular polymers. It has the advantages of low dosage, low initiation temperature ,sufficient reaction, safety, easy keeping and easy operation.

Azobisisobutyramidine hydrochloride is a chemical. V-50 initiator, AIBA for short, also known as azobisisobutyramidine hydrochloride, is a water-soluble azo initiator, mostly used for the polymerization of water-soluble vinyl monomers. Azobisisobutyramidine hydrochloride (AIBA) is a good polymerization initiator, and has the advantages of relatively concentrated relative molecular mass distribution and fast reaction speed of the prepared polymer.

The V-50 initiator is obtained by introducing a hydrophilic group into the molecule of the azonitrile initiator, and has good water solubility. Therefore, the V-50 initiator is generally suitable for the aqueous polymerization and emulsion polymerization of polymer synthesis. .

Compared with general types of azo initiators, V-50 initiator has high initiation efficiency, relatively high molecular weight, good water solubility, and less residue. Compared with inorganic persulfates and other water-soluble initiators, V-50 initiators can undergo smooth, stable, and controlled decomposition reactions, resulting in highly linear and high molecular weight polymers.
