Application

The product can efficiently initiate polymerization at low temperature and low concentration to generate high linear and high molecular weight polymer.

Va-044 initiator has high initiating efficiency, relatively high molecular weight, good water solubility and less residue..

VA-044 initiator is obtained by introducing hydrophilic groups into the molecule of azonitrile initiators, and has good water solubility. Therefore, VA-044 initiator is generally suitable for aqueous solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization of polymer synthesis . Compared with general types of azo initiators, VA-044 initiator has high initiation efficiency, relatively high relative molecular mass, good water solubility, and less residual body. Compared with inorganic persulfate and other water-soluble initiators, VA-044 initiator can carry out a smooth, stable and controllable decomposition reaction to produce high linearity and high molecular weight polymers.

Unlike azo nitrile products, because it does not contain cyano groups, the decomposition products of VA-044 initiator are non-toxic. At the same time, it decomposes more steadily than other initiators, has a higher conversion rate, and no residue or agglomeration occurs during the polymerization process. It can efficiently initiate polymerization at low temperature and low concentration to produce high linearity and high molecular weight polymers. Therefore, VA-044 initiator is widely used in aqueous solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization of polymer synthesis, such as monomer acrylamide polymerization, Initiator for polymerization reactions such as styrene emulsion polymerization and monomer polymerization of styrene and butyl acrylate.
